Dental Quiz and Contest

February is Dental Health awareness month.  In recognition of this we are holding a contest.

This contest is in the form of a quiz.  You will need to follow the link to the quiz and answer all of the questions correctly.

Those who get all the answers correct will be placed in a drawing on February 25, 2015.  The winner will get a free dental cleaning.  This will not include oral surgery, pain management, or antibiotics.

The winner has until February 28, 2016 to collect their prize.
