There is a big change coming at NOVA Cat Clinic that we wanted to let you to know. Our Practice Manager, Layla, is moving to Florida next month! She is originally from the Sunshine State and has been contemplating going back for a while now. Recently, a few things fell in to place showing her that the time was right, so her decision was made. Layla has this to say about it:
“I’ve had such a wonderful time here these past five years. I’ve learned so much about not only the veterinary industry, but also about myself. I’m very excited to go back to Florida- I’ll be close to family and a little closer to the heat of the equator! But I will miss my NOVA Cat Clinic family dearly. The staff and our clients have become such a part of my life that they’ve actually become a way of life. I’ve made lifelong connections and plan to hold on to all of them very tightly!”
Layla’s last day is August 7th. As she leaves, she will be passing the torch to our current Head Assistant, Chrissy Davis. With 7 years of feline only veterinary experience and prior management experience, Chrissy is the perfect choice for Practice Manager. She’s excited to take on this new role as leader of the clinic and we all think she will do a wonderful job. Please welcome her to this new position when you see her!
