Dental Health Month Quiz And Contest – 2017

February is Dental Health awareness month.  In recognition of this we are holding a contest.

This contest is in the form of a quiz.  You will need to follow the link to the quiz and answer all of the questions correctly to be considered for the drawing.

Those who get all the answers correct will be placed in a drawing on February 26, 2017.  The winner will get a free dental cleaning.  This will not include oral surgery, pain management, or antibiotics.

The winner has until February 28, 2018 to collect their prize.
